Forsgate Country Club is recruiting for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced part-time Maintenance Technician. The right candidate will have experience with property maintenance and being able to work in a fast-paced environment. Forsgate Country Club features a historic clubhouse, two 18-hole golf courses and a sports complex including a junior Olympic size swimming pool.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Maintenance with facilitating the maintenance and upkeep of the property by troubleshooting, repairing, and/or replacing equipment as well as experience with HVAC, water heaters, appliances, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, asphalt, building interior and exterior upkeep, roofing, and carpentry.

General Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required. HVAC experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to read and write in English. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in variable types of weather and temperatures. Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and stand for long periods of time. Must be available to work weekends as well as nights and holidays as needed. Computer literacy skills. Weekends are a must. Resume Required Pay Rate $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
