Job Description

Our client, a leading commercial healthcare real estate and property management organization is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities operations team supporting property management and building maintenance efforts across multiple healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, Excellent communication abilities and customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$25-$28 Per Hour What's the Job? Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general facility equipment. Troubleshoot and complete repairs to ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and building emergencies while delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct routine inspections maintain maintenance records, and identify safety or operational concerns requiring attention. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on specialized repairs, capital improvement projects, and facility upgrades. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalency required Minimum of five years of commercial building maintenance experience; health care or medical office facility experience is preferred Valet Driver's license with clean driving record. Experience troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and general building systems. Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
HVAC/ EPA
