The Role — Not for the Average Technician As a Window Service & Measure Technician , you are the foundation of every successful job. If measurements are off, everything is off—that's why we need someone who gets it right the first time. You'll be responsible for: Taking precise, production-ready measurements for window and door installations Handling service calls and troubleshooting issues like a pro Understanding how a job is built before it's installed Communicating clearly with homeowners and team members Creating accurate material lists and job notes Representing the company with professionalism in every home you step into What We Expect — Be Real With Yourself This is not a training role. You must already know what you're doing.
We need someone who:
Has 5+ years of real, hands-on experience in window measuring & service Can walk into any job and figure it out without hand-holding Understands window systems, components, and install methods Can troubleshoot problems and own the solution Is comfortable using tools and working in the field daily Is detail-obsessed — because small mistakes cost big money Is tech-savvy and can use software, photos, and documentation properly Has strong communication skills and knows how to deal with customers What You Get Competitive pay: $27-$30+ per hour (based on experience) Full-time schedule (35-40 hours/week) Bonus opportunities Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts A team environment that values skill and accountability Ongoing training to keep you sharp and ahead of the game Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts On-call as needed Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to work in person / on-site
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
