You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, assist with apartment turnovers, and help ensure the property remains in excellent condition for our residents. Key Responsibilities Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance issues. Perform apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, patching, preparation, and move-in readiness. Complete drywall, plaster, painting, tile, flooring, and finish repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Assist with maintaining common areas, exterior grounds, and building appearance. Identify maintenance concerns and proactively recommend solutions. Maintain accurate work order documentation. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and fellow team members. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.
