SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional on-call or weekend rotation, depending on the assignment
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems Complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs Complete work orders accurately and on time Maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of three years of working experience Multifamily, apartment, commercial, or property maintenance experience preferred Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills Professional verbal and written English communication skills required Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license required EPA 608, HVAC, CAMT, OSHA, or related certifications preferred Must meet applicable background-screening requirements At Babco, we do more than fill positions—we help people build careers.
