Apartment Community in East Windsor is looking for a full-time bilingual Maintenance Tech to fill a vacant position on our Team.

• 1-3 years experience in maintenance related work
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Encouraged not required)
• Be a hands-on trouble shooter
• Be able to manage time
• Be physically able to perform heavy lifting, snow removal and all other required maintenance services
• Appliance installation
• Electrical repairs and wiring of outlets, switches, etc.
• Plumbing repairs / toilets, sinks, tubs, etc.
• Carpentry skills
• Painting / turnover skills
• Ability to work with a Team
• Ability to get along well with Residents
• Position requires the ability to fit into the on-call rotation schedule
• Must live onsite, position offers monthly rent discount
• Must have valid drivers license Must have dependable way to get to work and necessary legal paperwork to be legally employed in New Jersey.
