JCW is partnering with a well-established insurance carrier in search of a Maintenance Technician to join its team on a 4 month contract in Trenton, NJ. This is a fully onsite, second-shift position (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) focused on maintaining and repairing critical building systems that support the company's corporate facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, and other building systems. Monitor facility operations, respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations, and ensure critical building systems remain operational. Coordinate with outside contractors while maintaining work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and maintenance documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of commercial facilities or building maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems with the ability to work independently in a commercial facility.
