Our site, Albéa Washington is specialized in manufacturing Laminate & Plastic Tubes for Cosmetics, Personal Care & Pharmaceutical Markets. Scope Carry out corrective, planned and unplanned maintenance to have the machines and equipment running optimally in the plant. Main activities
  • Take care of your own safety and that of your peers through compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform repairs to equipment quickly and efficiently.
  • Generator of effective solutions.
  • Minimize line stoppages by equipment and downed machines.
  • Track problems and correct equipment and machine failures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs.
  • Implementation and operation of 5s in the areas where they work with the repair of the machines.
  • Report maintenance times performed.
  • Comply with company rules and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with your supervisor to review the expectations of your daily work.
  • Comply with the preventive maintenance program.
  • Filling and proper handling of work orders. Accountability including KPIs Safety & Compliance
  • Zero safety violations recorded during work shifts.
  • 100% compliance with PPE and safety standards.
  • Active participation in monthly safety audits or toolbox talks. Production Continuity
  • Line stoppage minutes per week/month attributable to equipment issues.
  • % uptime of assigned machines (availability metric). Preventive Maintenance Compliance
  • % of preventive maintenance tasks completed on schedule.
  • % reduction in corrective maintenance due to preventive actions.
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
Education:
  • Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or technical career.
  • Eligible candidates may receive 100% tuition coverage through Albea.
Experience:
  • Minimum voucher of 2 years as a maintenance technician.
Skills:
  • Mechanical systems experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
