Magnolia Circle is hiring experienced technicians for our mobile projects team. You'll perform building repairs, renovations, capital improvement work, and general maintenance, including fencing and gate repairs, electrical upgrades, common-area improvements, and repairs needed to meet safety and compliance requirements. We're looking for people who enjoy troubleshooting and seeing projects through to completion. You should bring a solid maintenance foundation, additional construction or trade skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
