(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently. Install new appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members on complex projects such as construction or upgrades involving mechanical systems repair or installation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems. Knowledge of

HVAC & HVAC/R

systems including air conditioning, heating units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration technology. Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, repair, and maintenance across various types of equipment including kitchen appliances. Mechanical knowledge related to construction projects or equipment repair is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices is a plus. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams during complex maintenance tasks.
