Job Overview As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese production lines. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely set up for cheese cutting equipment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday starting at 2pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to adjust equipment for products to be run, including baggers, scales, cheese cutter, labelers, sealers and all manufacturing related equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor breakdowns. Perform preventive maintenance. Maintain company buildings and facilities. Understand the operation of the equipment and how to adjust it. Know how to safely use shop and hand tools. Have an understanding of mechanical/light electrical operation of equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic understanding of production line equipment.
