Maintenance SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our team in a senior-level technical role with significant responsibility for equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technician development. This position is ideal for a highly skilled maintenance professional with extensive experience in plastics manufacturing, extrusion, injection molding, electrical systems, hydraulics, and industrial automation . The successful candidate will serve as a technical resource for the maintenance team and will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities as the department grows. Maintains and performs preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment such as AC/DC motors and controls, PLC's, Robots and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties. Performs building and facilities maintenance. Essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) : Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PVC extrusion lines, injection molding presses, and related production equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems to maximize uptime and reliability. Maintain extrusion equipment including heating zones, calibration tables, vacuum tanks, pullers, inline saws, barrels, screws, and dies. Maintain injection molding equipment including hydraulic systems, injection units, tie bars, proportional valves, and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain critical auxiliary systems, including chillers, resin dryers, desiccant systems, vacuum systems, material handling, and automated feeders. Diagnose and repair PLC/control systems using laptop-based diagnostic software; experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and machine-specific controls. Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase/480V equipment, heating circuits, SSRs, contactors, VFDs, sensors, and control components. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, accumulators, cylinders, and related components. Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Perform inspections, component replacements, rebuilds, and critical repairs while following applicable electrical, Arc Flash, and safety requirement Works overtime as needed. Works various shifts. Maintains satisfactory attendance. Maintains a neat and safe work area, LOTO procedures. Employment at will : Employment at Fabricated Extrusion Company, LLC is employment at-will. Qualification requirements:

Education and/or experience:
High School or
GED / 3 - 5
years' Experience.
Language skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures, wire schematics, technical and other maintenance manuals. Ability to speak effectively, read and write.
Mathematical skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
