Job Description

One Building Maintenance Mechanic position 8 hours per day, between the hours of 5:00 am-11:00 pm 12 months per year Work assignment covers all buildings within the school district. Must have commercial boiler experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, cleaning and repair of various boiler systems Experience with industrial kitchen equipment, steamers, dishwashers, ovens, etc. Strong electrical background working with single & 3 phase systems Experienced in carpentry, carpet installation, roof repair Working knowledge of HVAC system, plumbing and able to rebuild electrical motors and pumps Must have EPA Refrigeration Certification Welding experience (arc and mig) Computer knowledge (DDC system and Windows XP) Strong public relation skills Flexibility to cover various grounds duties
Preferred:
Needs 2-3 years refrigeration experience Must have: One (1) year of experience as a journeyman in one of the recognized skilled trades or four (4) years of experience in either general building construction or building trades work in one or more of the standard trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

From $25.91 per hour
