About Us Tri State Gate is a custom gate, fence, and automation company serving the tri-state area. We're a family-run business with a small, tight-knit office team, the kind of place where you'll know everyone by name in your first week. Our clients are discerning and expect a polished, personal experience from the first phone call to long after the work is done. This role sits right at the center of delivering that. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. We specialize in high-quality residential fencing, gates, pergolas, railings, and custom installations throughout the region. This is a full-time position with steady work and opportunities to grow with the company. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Responsibilities Install wood, vinyl, and metal fencing Assist with gate installation Load and unload materials and tools Work with a crew to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean and safe job site Qualifications Construction or fencing experience preferred Ability to use basic power tools Reliable transportation to our shop Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and willingness to learn What We Offer Steady year-round work Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to grow within the company Work with an experienced team If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in building high-quality projects, we'd like to hear from you.
