Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Swimming Pool Service / Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring pristine, safe, and beautifully maintained pools for our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repairing pool systems to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of pool safety and functionality. Your expertise will help create inviting swimming environments that delight customers and uphold industry best practices. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to keep pools sparkling clean. Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system checks to ensure optimal water quality. Diagnose issues with pool equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems; execute repairs or replacements using appropriate tools. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for equipment repairs or installations. Inspect pool components for wear or damage, documenting findings and recommending necessary maintenance or upgrades. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service needs. Communicate clearly with clients about maintenance procedures and provide guidance on pool care best practices. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment components. Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as chemical balancing, water testing, and cleaning procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs or installations. Knowledge of equipment repair techniques specific to pool systems and related machinery. Prior service technician experience is preferred to ensure efficient diagnosis and resolution of issues. • Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to provide top-tier customer service.
