Flexible schedule Benefits/Perks Flexible Schedule Job Summary We're looking for a part-time Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! You'll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Hours range from 15-30/wk with largest demand in the sping/summer/early Fall. Make your own hours, this position is perfect for a retiree or others who are looking to supplement their income. Responsibilities Perform season opening & closing tasks around property including our pool, tennis courts, basin, clubhouse, pavilion, patios etc. Maintain the grounds, clubhouse, pool, basin and surrounding structures Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs if able Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs. Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced Coordinate with outside vendors for lawncare, snow removal, repairs, preventative maintenance, or regulatory needs Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Handle additional maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, refrigeration, plumbing systems, carpentry, and electrical systems Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
