Part-Time Maintenance / Facility Support Part-Time Maintenance / Facility Support We are seeking a mechanically inclined, dependable individual to provide general facility maintenance and support Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

Minor maintenance and routine plumbing repairs Priming and painting walls and trim Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning and restocking coffee machines and supplies Restocking soap and sanitizer stations Other basic facility tasks as directed

Requirements:

Good English communication skills, mechanically inclined, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 20-25 hours per week , with anticipated hours of either 7:00 AM-12:00 PM or 8:00 AM-12:00 PM .
