Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:

$24.65 per hour

Island Park, NY Duties Include:

Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance. Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the Facility. General maintenance experience preferred. Moving materials from room to room etc.

Requirements Include :

Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in the United States. Must be able to work as a team member. Must be willing to work weekends. Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health. Must have electrical and plumbing experience.
