Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on building interior systems, including plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and facilities equipment. Use hand tools and power tools to complete carpentry, painting, welding, and mechanical tasks with precision. Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and Ohmmeters; repair electrical equipment as needed. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, HVAC units, and building infrastructure to identify issues early. Maintain facilities by performing painting, drywall repairs, and general upkeep to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Follow schematics and technical manuals to execute complex repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally from internal teams or tenants. Experience Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC system repair. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with welding, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical equipment repair, and HVAC system servicing. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with maintenance painting and building interior upkeep is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices combined with mechanical aptitude to handle diverse repair tasks confidently. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork; leadership qualities are advantageous for guiding junior staff or apprentices.
