  • 7:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This position will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and light electrical work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment and systems. Perform routine plumbing repairs, including replacing fixtures, repairing leaks, and clearing drains. Conduct light electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely manner. Diagnose equipment and facility issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of commercial and/or industrial maintenance experience . Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, and working in varying environmental conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or commercial environments. OSHA safety training or certification.
