Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues Complete preventative maintenance and inspections Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests Maintain common areas, equipment, and building systems Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and complaint with hotel standards Work with vendors and contractor as needed

Qualifications:
