Your Typical Morning-to-Afternoon You'll work a steady 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting by setting up supplies and moving through priority areas to keep the building looking professional and ready for the day. As the morning progresses, you'll rotate between restrooms, break areas, floors, and common spaces to keep everything neat and sanitary, then handle waste and recycling so work areas stay uncluttered. Seasonal needs shape the flow—on some days you'll focus on exterior cleanup or snow and ice control—and you'll wrap up by checking that key areas are stocked, orderly, and in good condition for the next shift.
