In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, fabricating, and installing shower doors and related glass enclosures in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Measure and assess installation sites to determine the best approach for shower door and glass enclosure setup Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble glass panels, frames, and fixtures Install shower doors, metal frames, trim carpentry components, cabinetry, and related fixtures with accuracy and care Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and framing materials safely while adhering to proper handling procedures Seal joints with caulking or sealants to prevent leaks and ensure long-lasting waterproofing Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper fit, alignment, and functionality while addressing any issues promptly Requirements Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of schematics, fabrication techniques, construction site safety protocols, and metal fabrication processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various construction environments Strong background in construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling projects or handyman work Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in measuring and installation processes Effective communication skills for reading schematics and collaborating with team members or clients Valid experience in caulking, construction painting, door hanging, or metal framing is a plus Join us as a Shower Door Installation Technician if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver top-quality bathroom upgrades.
