Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Utilize ERP Maintenance Management module to plan and track maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Operate machines to perform root cause analysis/inspect discrepant material.
- Program and setup assigned production equipment.
- Create and document equipment maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency. Requirements
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or Technology Program Certificate or equivalent work experience required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Epicor MRP preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Must have the desire to work with machinery and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
