Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility located in Barberton. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in repairing and troubleshooting industrial machinery within machining or manufacturing settings. Core Responsibilities Execute both corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery. Resolve issues involving pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Identify equipment malfunctions to help ensure maximum operational uptime. Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics to guide repairs. Handle the installation and ongoing upkeep of various production assets. Contribute to equipment upgrades and support broader continuous improvement efforts. Keep precise logs and documentation regarding all maintenance activities. Help maintain a safe working environment by strictly adhering to company policies and safety protocols. Required Qualifications Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in machine maintenance practices. Show proficiency in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repair. Develop the ability to efficiently diagnose and fix production machinery. Apply strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills to daily tasks. Work effectively both as a collaborative team member and as an independent contributor.
