Lead Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Full-Time Extreme Heating | Air | Plumbing - Beavercreek, OH Extreme Heating | Air | Plumbing has served the Dayton, Troy, and Cincinnati markets for over 20 years. We are hiring a Lead Air Duct Cleaning Technician to head up our duct cleaning crew. What You'll Do Lead a team delivering high-quality air duct cleaning and related services in customers' homes Drive a large air duct cleaning vehicle to and from job sites Safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning Remove and seal all registers and returns before cleaning; clean, mark as needed, and reinstall in original position Vacuum and clean all registers Set up and tear down equipment Clean the work area and account for all tools, hoses, and equipment before leaving the customer's home Work with managers and coworkers to complete jobs safely and to NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards What We're Looking For Experience working in customers' homes (HVAC, plumbing, duct cleaning, or other in-home trade) Trade experience required Strong customer service skills - professional, courteous, and able to explain the work to homeowners Comfortable leading a small crew Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift/move 50 lbs. regularly Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded Must pass background check and drug screen
