In this role, you'll handle day-to-day maintenance, unit turns, and repairs to keep our community running smoothly while delivering excellent service to residents. What You'll Do Complete work orders (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry) Perform routine and preventive maintenance Assist with apartment turnovers (repairs, painting, cleaning) Inspect grounds and common areas for maintenance needs Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies Support seasonal tasks like snow removal and landscaping Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents about repair timelines and procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance or related experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs (HVAC certification a plus) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Team player Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and residents effectively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in various environments Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic tools required Smartphone for mobile work orders Why Join Us? Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 43.0 per week
