The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Exterior structural maintenance as needed Assist in property grounds maintenance Assist in coverage of emergency on-call system
Requirements:
HVAC experience preferred EPA Universal preferred High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience Light plumbing and electrical experience Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers Valid driver's license and insurance
