Job Description

Responsibilities:
Keeping our buildings onsite and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Cleaning and changing A/C filters. Prepping office suites for paint, and carpet install (may require painting as needed), maintaining and repairing plumbing in restrooms, and common areas, changing light bulbs and ballast, light electrical work in suites and in buildings. Will require construction skills such as drywall repair, hanging dry wall, skim coating, sanding, and carpentry work; such as framing, baseboards, chair-rail, and crown moldings. Must be physically fit to handle carrying these items up and down stairs at times, shoveling snow when needed and other physical duties. Completes all work orders in a timely manner and communicates with the Commercial Property Manager & Director should any delays occur. Provides exceptional customer service, at all times, to our commercial tenants, vendors, contractors and building guests. We LOVE our employees!
