- Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work on a maintenance team assisting residents for a housing community in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete work orders
- Repair and maintain appliances, doors, cabinets, locks, windows, blinds, and other apartment fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues, including leaking faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, garbage disposals, and water supply lines.
- Perform other maintenance duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise
- Previous maintenance experience
