Temporary-to-hire opportunity
Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work on a maintenance team assisting residents for a housing community in Chillicothe, Ohio.

You'll operate basic hand tools, follow safety procedures and conduct routine maintenance of property and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete work orders
Repair and maintain appliances, doors, cabinets, locks, windows, blinds, and other apartment fixtures.
Diagnose and repair common plumbing issues, including leaking faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, garbage disposals, and water supply lines.
Perform other maintenance duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to trouble shoot issues as they arise
Previous maintenance experience
