Shift Employment Type:
Direct Hire Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
CNC machine tool factory technician training is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical wiring
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventative maintenance skills
Commitment to workplace safety and maintenance best practices Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the shift
Lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and over 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance
Ability to work in manufacturing environments with noise, moving machinery, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles
Capable of working both indoors and outdoors as needed
Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection Job Duties Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls, motors, drives, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components
Replace machine parts, maintain fluid levels, and ensure equipment cleanliness and reliability
Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency
Coordinate maintenance schedules with supervisors and department managers
Perform machine setups, inspections, diagnostics, and emergency repairs as needed
Maintain facility equipment and assist with general building maintenance both inside and outside the facility
Follow all company safety policies, spill response procedures, and OSHA regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to production teams
