$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Grease, Grit & Good Pay. Maintenance Technician Wanted. Looking for Maintenance Technician jobs in Cincinnati where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently. We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support preventative maintenance, equipment repair and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for hands-on problem solvers who bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to a fast-paced production setting. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Experience Requirements Five years of related maintenance experience and/or training required
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Working knowledge of PLCs, production equipment and electrical circuit troubleshooting
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Familiarity with print, packaging or POP/display production equipment preferred
Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions and decimals Physical Capabilities Ability to perform hands-on mechanical work, including lubrication, bearing checks and belt replacement
Ability to move throughout the facility to inspect equipment, lighting and safety systems
Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, schematics and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings Job Duties Complete scheduled preventative maintenance, including ampere, voltage and resistance checks, lubrication and fluid level checks
Identify and resolve conditions affecting production, safety and mechanical or building systems
Perform general maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment monitoring and technical development
Conduct monthly inspections of fire and safety systems and maintain facility appearance
Manage warranty tracking, follow-up and repairs across all systems
