What You'll Do As a Technician, you'll provide professional cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Services You'll Perform Air duct cleaning Dryer vent cleaning Carpet cleaning Upholstery cleaning Tile and grout cleaning Water damage mitigation and restoration Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service on every project Inspect customer properties and recommend services based on their needs Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards Operate cleaning and restoration equipment properly Protect customer property by preparing work areas and moving furniture when necessary Assist team members and support lead technicians as needed Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, organized condition Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Represent the company professionally through appearance, communication, and workmanship QualificationsRequired Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred Experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, or water restoration Sales experience or confidence recommending services that benefit customers Strong problem-solving skills Desire to learn new skills and advance into leadership roles What We Offer Company vehicle Fuel card Employee discounts Relocation assistance (where applicable) Paid training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities Supportive team culture Stable, year-round work Schedule Full-Time Monday-Saturday Weekend availability as needed Employment Type 1099 Independent Contractor Why Work With Us?
