Please Note:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who has experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. We would love to have someone who is computer literate and has basic hand tools. Duties- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate work of contractors when necessary
