  • 2nd Shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM)

  • What You'll Do
  • + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems + Troubleshoot building automation, HVACR, chiller, and power systems + Complete general building maintenance, including lighting, carpentry, painting, and repairs + Support facility operations by moving equipment and maintaining building infrastructure + Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs + Document maintenance activities and work orders •Requirements•+ 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience + EPA Universal Certification + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Basic computer skills + Valid driver's license + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • + Experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facilities + Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Experience with preventive maintenance programs

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $28.

00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
