Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and building interior maintenance will be vital in maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on building interior systems, including walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, and fixtures to uphold safety and aesthetic standards. Conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting electrical equipment, repairing wiring issues, installing switches or outlets Repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters to ensure optimal operation. Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment such as ohmmeters for diagnostics and repairs with precision. Conduct residential painting projects to improve property appearance while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and timelines. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) within residential or commercial settings. Supply your own tools Carry your own business insurance Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools for various repair tasks. Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical systems and performing repairs safely. Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance including pipe repair, fixture replacement, and leak detection. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of building interior maintenance standards including painting techniques suited for residential projects.
