This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment. Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction. Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances. Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed. Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory. Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times. If you have a passion for maintenance work and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you! Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred. A minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
