About the Role We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused 3rd Shift Ride-On Scrubber Operator to join our cleaning team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping warehouse floors clean, safe, and free of debris using industrial ride-on scrubber machines. Key Responsibilities Operate ride-on scrubber to clean warehouse floors efficiently and safely Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to warehouse safety procedures Manage cleaning supplies, refill water and chemical tanks as needed Report any hazards, spills, or equipment faults to the supervisor promptly Requirements Experience operating ride-on scrubber machines in an industrial or warehouse setting (preferred) Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment Drivers License Must pass pre-employment drug screen (THC included) and background check Must be able to walk up and down stairs What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Consistent shifts and long-term work opportunities On-the-job training and PPE provided Supportive and safety-focused team environment
