This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, independence, and a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks. If you take pride in preparing units, maintaining clean grounds, and keeping a community looking its best — we want to hear from you! 🏡 What You'll Do As a Make-Ready Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing vacant units and supporting overall property upkeep: 🔨 Perform unit turns in vacant apartments (cleaning, prep, minor repairs) 🧹 Assist with groundskeeping duties to maintain curb appeal 🏊 Support pool maintenance, including cleaning and power washing 💪 Complete tasks independently and efficiently across a large property (400 units) 🚫 No entry into occupied units — all work is performed in vacant units and common areas only 🛠️ Requirements To succeed in this role, you must: Bring your own tools for make-ready/turn work Have reliable transportation (property is expansive — no golf cart provided) Be comfortable working independently without supervision Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Have the ability to lift and carry materials/equipment as needed Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented ⏰ Schedule & Pay 💲 $20.00 per hour 📅 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 🕙 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM 📍 Fairfield, OH 45014 ✅ Why BG Staffing?
