Janitorial Technician Location:

Based in Findlay - servicing surrounding areas including Cleveland , Bluffton , Lima , and Bowling Green .

Full-Time / Part-Time Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician / Janitorial Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to various job sites to provide professional cleaning and floor care services. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial cleaning equipment and be able to follow safety and chemical handling procedures. Essential Job Functions Strip and wax floors Scrub and buff floors Deep clean carpets Clean and sanitize facilities using established janitorial procedures Operate and maintain power equipment and hand tools including: Floor buffer Auto scrubber Carpet extractor High-pressure washer Follow all chemical usage instructions and safety procedures Safely operate company vehicles and other required equipment Maintain SDS sheets for all floor chemicals when traveling to job sites Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial or floor care experience preferred Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment Ability to follow safety guidelines and chemical handling instructions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites Strong attention to detail and reliability Work Area Work will be performed throughout Northwest Ohio , including Findlay , Bluffton , Lima , Bowling Green , and occasional work in Cleveland and surrounding areas.
