The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure that residential and commercial properties are kept in top condition.

Change electrical covers Caulk sinks and tubs Adjust doors to ensure proper closure Hang blinds Test appliances to verify proper operation Remove carpeting
