Position Summary The Maintenance Manufacturing Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving new and rebuilt production-line equipment. This role ensures all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on production and assembly equipment. Install and maintain water and compressed air piping, ductwork, electrical conduit, and machinery placement. Diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments. Replace defective parts using forklifts, hand tools, and power tools. Fabricate parts for in-house use using machine shop equipment. Maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories. Document maintenance activities and communicate needs between shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to provide personal tools/toolbox 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Knowledge of three-phase power and low-voltage controls Welding and fabrication experience preferred Schedule 10-hour shifts
