• $35•42/hr Lebanon/Mason, OH | 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM | Direct Hire A growing, family-owned manufacturing and contract packaging company in the Lebanon/Mason area is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician.

This is a direct hire role with a company that invests in its people and its equipment — they've recently expanded and continue to grow. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Diagnose failures and put in place long-term fixes, not just quick patches Read and work from electrical schematics Work hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Track work in a CMMS Help with general facility maintenance as needed What You Need 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Solid electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics Mechanical aptitude — gears, chains, belts, bearings, conveyors Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action Valid driver's license Nice to Have Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or similar Manufacturing or packaging industry background Welding, machining, or fabrication experience Experience with compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic systems Pay & Benefits $35
