Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) - Direct Hire Lebanon/Mason, OH Area 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM $35-$42/hour Our client is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support a growing manufacturing and contract packaging operation. This is a direct hire opportunity with a family-owned company known for its strong culture, employee investment, and commitment to innovation. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Diagnose equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions Read and interpret electrical schematics Work with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Maintain maintenance records within a computerized maintenance system (CMMS) Assist with facility maintenance as needed Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution systems Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude with gears, chains, belts, bearings, and conveyors Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective actions Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field Manufacturing or Packaging industry experience Welding, machining, or fabrication experience Experience with compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic systems Benefits & Perks Direct hire opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Overtime opportunities available Minimum 4-hour compensation for after-hours call-ins Stable, growing organization with recent investments in equipment and expansion If you're a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges and wants to join a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we'd like to hear from you.
