Compensation:

$16.75 hourly

Responsibilities:

Manage other maintenance requests as required Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Clean all public spaces, assist the housekeeping supervisor with deep cleaning

Qualifications:
