Direct Hire Opportunity Pay:
$25-35/hr (depending on experience)
Shift:
3:30 PM
  • 12:00 AM Responsibilities Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using testing devices and tools Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems Perform welding as needed (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred) Repair or replace damaged electrical wiring and components Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production equipment Read schematics, drawings, layouts, and specifications to diagnose issues Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment Operate overhead crane when necessary Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Identify and correct potential safety hazards Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all safety regulations Assist other maintenance team members with repairs and projects as needed Respond to daily maintenance work orders and facility needs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Requirements High school diploma or GED required Maintenance certificate from a technical school or equivalent experience preferred Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems Experience working with low-voltage systems preferred Welding experience is a plus Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and with a team Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Must be able to communicate and follow instructions in English Must meet ITAR definition of a U.
