Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Maumee, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of production equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. If you are a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and minimizing downtime, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment

Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond with urgency to minimize downtime

Repair, replace, install, and modify machine components and systems

Maintain and calibrate electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability

Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate spare parts inventory records

Communicate repair status, project updates, and equipment needs with plant personnel

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and OSHA standards Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

Experience using SAP CMMS or similar computerized maintenance management systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

Knowledge of electrical systems, pipe fitting, and industrial mechanics

Experience working with:


Pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal)Gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, and hydraulic systems480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and low-voltage circuitsAir compressor systems, including filters, regulators, dryers, and lubricators

Strong math aptitude and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Five (5) or more years of industrial maintenance experience

Technical school diploma or related technical training

PLC software experience Drug Screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position.
