Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work out of our Middletown, OH location.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and improve equipment reliability. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficient in welding (MIG/TIG), fabrication, and machining. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Must be able to successfully complete background screen and a physical examination that includes a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen.
