Compensation:

$19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Basic plumbing, including faucet and toilet repairs Basic drywall repairs General repairs, such as repairing trim, along with attaching and cleaning gutters Install replacement locks on residential properties Performs job duties in a range of environmental conditions, including but not limited to: Hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and crowded areas Basic electrical - Installation of light fixtures, plus repair/replacement of switches and sockets

Qualifications:

The minimum age requirement is 21 years with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for insurance purposes Candidate must have general maintenance experience The candidate must possess a working knowledge of plumbing and basic carpentry skills Must be willing to work with and assist co-workers when needed, along with working evening and weekend hours Ability to continuously climb (ladders), balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch Possess tools required to complete repairs and installations Teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, take initiative, and be accountable About Company Turnkey Real Estate Inc. provides full-service property management in Southwest Ohio.
